Shipping & returns
Straightforward terms, written the way we would want to read them.
Processing
Orders are picked and packed within 2–3 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment the parcel is scanned.
Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday start processing the next business day.
Delivery
Standard US delivery is roughly 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on distance.
Shipping is free on US orders over $75. Below that a flat standard rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. For Canada and the UK, any duties or import taxes are charged by your local carrier and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed items with tags intact can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is on us.
Email hello@herzband.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid label. No form to fill in, no reason required.
Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the parcel arriving with us.
Exchanges
The fastest route is a return plus a fresh order — that way your size is held immediately rather than waiting for the first parcel to come back.
If the size you want is out of stock, email hello@herzband.com and we will hold one for you from the next run.
Something wrong
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or simply is not what you ordered, email hello@herzband.com within 30 days with a photo. We replace it and cover the postage both ways.
