Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation — not when checkout completes. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Shipping is free on US orders over $75.

Payment is taken by Stripe at checkout. We do not see or store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

You are responsible for giving us a correct address. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.

Returns

Our returns policy is set out on the shipping and returns page and forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days, unworn, free return postage.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

The HERBANDZ name and wordmark, the hers·band definition print, the site design, photography and copy are owned by HERBANDZ. Buying a garment does not transfer any rights in them.

You may not reproduce the prints or the wordmark commercially without written permission.

Your content

If you tag us or send us a photo for the community page, you are giving us permission to reshare it on our site and social channels with credit. You keep ownership, and you can ask us to take it down at any time.

Liability

We are liable for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
